Welcome to Nutrify Diet. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the rules and conditions related to order cancellations, refunds, and subscription management for our online gym meals ordering and delivery services.
1. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order only before meal preparation has started. Once the order is prepared, packed, or dispatched for delivery, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- Orders canceled before preparation may be eligible for a full refund.
- Orders canceled after preparation may not be refunded.
- Nutrify Diet reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests in certain situations.
2. Subscription Cancellation
Customers with meal subscription plans may request cancellation of their subscription by contacting customer support.
- Subscription cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the next delivery cycle.
- Unused meals may be adjusted based on company policy.
- Refunds for partially used subscriptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved under the following conditions:
- Wrong meal delivered
- Order not delivered
- Meal packaging damaged during delivery
- Duplicate payment made by customer
- Order canceled by Nutrify Diet
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be provided in the following situations:
- Incorrect delivery address provided by customer
- Customer unavailable during delivery
- Minor delay caused by traffic or weather conditions
- Customer dislikes taste preferences after delivery
- Partially consumed meals
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period of time.
- Refund processing time may vary depending on payment provider.
- Customers may be contacted for additional verification if required.
6. Delivery Issues
In case of delivery-related issues, customers are advised to contact support immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue quickly.
